Community Code of Conduct
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
Version: v1.0
Scope of Application: cnboxing.net website, KOOK group chat, Tier test chat channel, ticket channel, and other official platforms**
Introduction
CN Boxing Tier Test is a rating and exchange community spontaneously established by boxing PVP players. We believe that a fair, rational, technically-oriented, and newcomer-friendly community is a prerequisite for the Tier rating system to continue to be meaningful.
Therefore, we have formulated the "Community Code of Conduct" (hereinafter referred to as "this Code") as the code of conduct that all users (including staff) should abide by in any public or semi-public scenario on this platform. This Code, together with the "Terms of Service," "Privacy Policy," and "Testing Rules," constitutes the platform's rule system. In case of conflict, the stricter provision of this Code shall prevail.
By completing registration, each user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code. **
Chapter 1 Core Principles
This community is built upon the following five core principles. All subsequent specific rules are extensions of these five principles.
1.1 Fairness
The entire meaning of Tier ratings lies in fairness. Any behavior that interferes with rating results through personal relationships, monetary considerations, or public pressure will directly undermine the foundation upon which the community exists and will be dealt with at the highest level.
1.2 Respect
Basic respect should be given to Testers, opponents, newcomers, players with different playstyles, and players of different skill levels. "Playing poorly" is not a reason to be ridiculed, nor is it a reason to be discriminated against in ratings.
1.3 Sincerity
Participate in the community using your real identity and real skill level. No account boosting, no score manipulation, no impersonation, and no false reports.
1.4 Constructiveness
When raising opinions, disputes, or appeals, please include facts, evidence, and areas for improvement, rather than emotional outbursts or personal attacks. The subjective nature of Tier testing means disagreements are common, but they can be resolved through constructive communication.
1.5 Safety
Do not harm others, and do not engage in activities that endanger platform infrastructure, the personal safety or property of others, or minors.
Chapter 2 General Code of Conduct
2.1 Basic Etiquette
-
Use civilized language; avoid insults, provocation, or derogatory statements.
-
Different playstyles (Styler, Runner, Hitselect-centric, MidTrade-centric, etc.) are all legitimate; there should be no hierarchy of contempt between them.
-
Show the same patience and respect to newcomers and players of lower skill levels as you would to high-level players.
-
If dissatisfied with a Tester's rating, you can appeal; do not engage in personal attacks in public.
2.2 Real Identity and Single Account
-
In principle, each person can only have one platform account and can only bind one MC account and one KOOK account.
-
Do not use alternate accounts to evade penalties, queue repeatedly, vote repeatedly, or confuse identities.
-
Do not impersonate others, staff, or members of the operations team.
-
Do not lend or borrow accounts to others.
2.3 Honesty and Transparency
-
In support tickets, appeals, test ratings, and community posts, state the facts truthfully.
-
Chat logs, screenshots, and videos should be complete and unaltered.
-
When you discover others violating regulations, you can report it according to the reporting process, but it should be based on facts, avoiding defamation and unfounded accusations.
-
False or malicious reports will be treated as violations.
2.4 Do Not Interfere with Others
-
Do not intentionally interfere with players or testers during Tier testing.
-
Do not spam, post irrelevant content, or go off-topic in support ticket channels, test channels, or other business scenarios.
-
Do not frequently send private messages to unfamiliar users in public channels, or engage in heated arguments about a single topic.
-
Respect others' wishes to "not be disturbed."
Chapter 3 Prohibited Behaviors
The behaviors listed in this chapter constitute serious violations in the community. Once verified, they will be dealt with according to the penalty tiers in Chapter 7, with serious cases resulting in permanent bans.
3.1 Discussion on Cheating, Hacks, and Assistance
-
Using hacks, assists, scripts, macros, modified clients, or any other unfair means during Tier testing;
-

Conducting Tier testing for someone else, regardless of whether it is paid for;

Third parties are prohibited from entering and speaking;

During the test, both parties should maintain basic etiquette and refrain from taunting, provoking, or threatening to withdraw;

After the test concludes and enters the review phase, the Tester may request additional information, and both parties should actively cooperate;

All messages are fully recorded and may be used for subsequent dispute resolution.

-
Registration of external creators through the CMS's "Creator" module is encouraged for community verification and interoperability.
Chapter Five: Specific Requirements for Staff
Staff (helper/tester/mod/admin/owner) status implies higher responsibility and stricter constraints, not higher privileges.
5.1 General
-
Staff should be aware that their public statements may be perceived as "semi-official voices," and should use their language cautiously.
-
Staff must not use their position to seek improper benefits for themselves, relatives, friends, or stakeholders in Tier testing or ticket processing.
-
Staff should avoid tickets and tests with conflicts of interest.
-
Staff should hand over any unfinished tickets and tests upon leaving their position; they cannot simply "run away."

-
Charging for ratings or accepting payment in any form is prohibited.
-
Undisclosed close family, team, or business relationships with the players being tested are prohibited.
-
Testers should complete
tester:onlineand maintain a continuous heartbeat before accepting a ticket. -
Automatic circuit breaking occurs when
bad_call_countreaches 3, requiring manual intervention. -
If a staff member discovers they are unsuitable to rate a particular ticket, they should promptly
handoff.

-
All admin backend operations will be logged. Please exercise your authority only if it is auditable.

@cnboxing.netemail address should be used for platform-related work communication and must not be used for: -

It is strictly forbidden to approach, induce, or coerce minors into offline private meetings or financial transactions in any form;
-
Report any suspected inappropriate behavior targeting minors immediately.
6.2 Mental Health and Sensitive Topics
-
If you see a user in the community who appears to have self-harm or suicidal tendencies, please inform staff immediately. Do not incite, simulate, or forward inflammatory remarks in public channels;
-
Intense and high-intensity debates on political, religious, or ethnic issues are discouraged in the community;
-
For sensitive events (such as controversies surrounding a creator or public controversy surrounding a test), please express your opinions calmly in support tickets or direct messages, and do not organize debates in public channels.
6.3 Anti-Discrimination
The platform explicitly opposes any discrimination against the following groups:
-
Female players;
-
Beginners;
-
Players of different skill levels;
-
Differences in performance due to disability, physical differences, or equipment differences;
-
Players from different regions, with different accents or dialects.
Tier ratings only reflect overall performance in 1v1 combat and do not represent an individual's skill level.
Chapter Seven: Penalty System
7.1 Violation Levels
We categorize violations into four levels, each corresponding to a different penalty. The specific level is determined by the ticket issuer or the Admin based on the facts.
| Level | Judgment Criteria | Typical Behavior |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Mild | No obvious harm caused, first time or occasional | Overly aggressive language, mild spamming, accidental remarks |
| Moderate | Causes actual impact or disrupts order | Repeated harassment, signs of doxxing, malicious queue cancellation, malicious score boosting |
| Severe | Directly harms the rights of others or the credibility of the community | Cheating, account theft, continuous personal attacks, privacy leaks |
| Extremely Severe | Endangers the platform's survival and the community's bottom line | Predetermined ratings, organized cheating, illegal or irregular content, infringement on minors |
7.2 Penalty Tiers
| Level | First Time | Again | Multiple/Continuous |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Mild | Warning | Warning + 24-hour ban | 72-hour ban or 7-day queue ban |
| Moderate | Warning + 7-day ban | 30-day ban or 7-day account suspension | 30-day account suspension |
| Severe | 30-day account suspension or permanent Tier ban | Permanent account ban | Permanent account ban + community notification |
| Extremely Severe | Permanent account ban + revocation of all ratings + community notification | Not applicable | Not applicable |
7.3 Optional Measures
In addition to the above main penalties, the platform may also take the following auxiliary measures:
-
Tier invalidation (null): For ratings that have been finalized but are determined to be obtained through cheating, invalidate their
current_tierrecord, but retain the history; -
Tier cancellation: Mark incomplete tests that involve violations as invalid;
-
Prohibition of reapplying for Tester: Revoke the
testerrole and add the user to the list of those no longer eligible for reapplication; -
**Banning Ticket Issuance: Users who maliciously abuse the ticket issuance system will have their ticket issuance frequency or type restricted.
**Email Freezing: Staff members who abuse the @cnboxing.net email address will have their email accounts frozen.
**IP/Device Level Measures: Users who repeatedly register to bypass the system will face more sophisticated technical restrictions.
**Public Announcement: For extremely serious violations that affect public credibility, the results will be announced in the community announcement.
7.4 Special Circumstances
-
Surrender and Cooperation: If a violation is admitted voluntarily, the investigation is cooperated with, and assistance is provided to restore the affected party, the penalty may be reduced by one level.
-
Multiple Penalties: If the same behavior violates multiple rules, the most severe penalty will apply. Penalties for different behaviors may be combined or calculated separately.
-
Alt Accounts/Blocking: Using an alt account to evade punishment will result in a one-level increase in the penalty for the original account, and the alt account will be permanently banned.
-
Violations against Staff: A one-level increase in the penalty on top of the existing penalty, and the corresponding Staff role will be revoked.
-
Harm to Minors: If the violation warrants extremely severe punishment and the offender cooperates with the competent authorities within the legal scope.
7.5 Appeals
-
Users who have received penalties can file an appeal through a ticket (
tier-appealor a regular ticket); -
Appeals do not automatically suspend the execution of the original penalty, unless explicitly suspended by the Admin;
-
Appeals are generally limited to one time, unless there are significant new facts or evidence;
-
Appeals must provide: a conclusion of objection, specific reasons, and supporting evidence;
-
The outcome of the appeal will be communicated via ticket, and the Admin's final decision is binding.
7.6 Evidence and Retention
-
Evidence of violations (chat logs, video recordings, battle record snapshots, ticket content) will be retained by the platform;
-
Evidence will only be used for penalty review, auditing, and necessary explanations within the compliance period;
-
It will not be publicly disclosed unless with the consent of the party concerned or within the scope of necessary public notification.
